This office building follows the Churchill I Building completed a year earlier. Its volume composition follows up on the development in Italská Street, the corner of which is grading into Seifertova Street and forms a counterweight to the distinctive building of the former Pension Institute. The Building definitely closes and completes Winston Churchill Square.
