Parking house DPE III
The parking house is located in close proximity to the eastern edge of the Digital Park administrative complex. The external outline of the parking house is based on the triangular shape of the land plot and its ground plan form also refers to the basic mass of Digital Park. It is made up of trapezoidal objects and dynamically turns towards the southern edge of the land plot. The new parking house building encloses on the eastern side the entire complex and, thanks to its shape, forms the imaginary "tip" of the site. This position gives the building a certain significance, which is further supported by the architectural design of the building, especially the facades. At the same time, the building is another cornerstone of the gradual urbanization of the area located between the railway corridor and Einsteinova Street, which is still undefined in the area east of the Digital Park.
The parking house has six above-ground floors and one below-ground floor. The building is enclosed on all sides by a semi-transparent facade that allows natural ventilation from all sides. The entrance is located on the north side at the level of the 1st above-ground floor towards the entrance to the petrol station and the exit is located in the north-west corner of the building on the east side. The internal layout is simple. A pair of parallel ramps connecting all floors is located along the south facade, an escape staircase is located in the southwest and southeast corner of the building with one lift on the west side and the rest of the area is used for roads and parking spaces.
