Apartment for foreign company owner who has a czech branch in the same house. Task

was to make a small apar tment in hotel st yle with personal demands at his periodical

visits. House is located in a cit y centre and provides nice views which were highlighted

by facade change. A new way of use of this floor caused space plan and technology

changes. Interior is designed for simple usage and with touch of masculine st yle. Ver t i -

cal floor above integrated kitchenette provides place for decoratives as big paintings

which choosing is client’s leisure time programme
