New building primary and grammar school Open Gate II is designed in the bottom part of the area of the former hotel Praha and partly on the land of the homestead Mydlářka. The school complex is completed with the building and land homestead Hadovka where is planned kindergarten and additional functions. The goal of design for project was to create this school, so that was not a building standing between the street and the park, the park should to become a part of school and passes through the school to the street. The school building is literally "packed" into the park. The green roof of the new building should become a tourist area and naturally connects the individual parts. On the border between the new building and land Hadovky is based the theater building, whose roof, made up of three wings wooden slatted structure hovering above the school and should become the architectural symbol of the school.
