The Park
The campus covers an area of approximately 88,000 m². The usable floor area is around 190,000 m², with a primary function of lettable office space, complemented by retail units and extensive landscaping.
A key feature is the emphasis on a humane working environment – green gardens, water features, ponds and canals linking the individual buildings into a single whole. An integral part of the campus is also a central public square with a lawn, a water feature, a kiosk with a terrace and relaxation zones.
The campus is designed so that parking is located underground, allowing the surface areas to be devoted entirely to people and nature.
